  • Payment Plans: Flexible payment options may be available; late payments may incur fees.

  • Final Payment: Full balance is typically due 60 days prior to departure.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations:

    • More than 90 days prior: deposit forfeited, balance refunded.

    • 60–90 days: 50% refund (excluding deposit).

    • Less than 60 days: no refunds.

  • Company Cancellations:

    • If RaiStone Retreats cancels, you will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding situations beyond our control (force majeure).

  • Force Majeure:

    • No refunds for cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

5. Travel Disclaimers

  • Health & Safety: Participation requires that you are physically fit and able. By booking, you acknowledge that retreat activities may involve risks.

  • Responsibility: RaiStone Retreats is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with entry requirements.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, cancellations, and delays).

    • Cancellations more than 120 days before departure: deposit forfeited, balance refunded.

    • 120–90 days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit).

    • Less than 90 days: no refunds.

    • No refunds for cancellations caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

  3. Travel Responsibility

    • You are responsible for passports, visas, health documents, and travel insurance.

    • RaiStone Retreats is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or property damage.
