Clauthia Rai is more than the founder of RaiStone Retreats—she is the heartbeat behind its creation, guided by faith and divine purpose. Her story is one of resilience, surrender, and rebirth—woven through seasons of transformation, loss, and grace. Though she did not grow up in the church, her relationship with Jesus deepened as she grew into womanhood, shaping every decision and redirection of her path. Each misstep and moment of uncertainty became a lesson in trust, revealing how even pain can be used for glory.

Her devotion as a mother and woman of faith informs everything she creates. Every element of RaiStone—from the butterfly in its emblem to the sacred stillness of its programs—was inspired by her lived experience of being refined through trial and guided by divine light.

When life demanded that she begin again after profound personal loss, Clauthia chose not to rebuild what once was, but to walk boldly into what God was calling her to become. RaiStone was born from that surrender—a testimony to grace, healing, and the beauty of divine timing.

Before founding RaiStone Retreats, Clauthia spent over 30 years in education, walking a winding path through academia and service. She uses her academic foundation to guide others toward wholeness, blending the wisdom of psychology and pedagogy with the spiritual depth that comes from walking closely with God.
