1. Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book a retreat or trip?
A: Retreats can be reserved directly through our Booking Page. For honeymoons, cruises, or custom group travel, please contact us directly—we’ll curate a personalized luxury experience for you.
Q: Why can’t I just book instantly?
A: Every RaiStone experience is intentionally curated. Our retreats are private and limited in capacity to ensure depth, connection, and transformation. Each registration is personally reviewed before confirmation to maintain the highest standard of care.
Q: What deposit is required to hold my spot?
A: A 50% deposit is required to secure your space. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant up to 45 days before the retreat start date with written approval from RaiStone Retreats.
Q: When is my balance due?
A: The remaining balance is due 90 days before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. We offer flexible payment options so you can pay in two or three installments. Payment plans are available during registration or upon request.

A: No. RaiStone Retreats are designed as adult-only wellness experiences for women ages 21 and up.
Q: Can I come alone?
A: Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and leave with lifelong friendships. You can choose between shared (double) or private (single) accommodations.
Q: What if I can’t attend after booking?
A: Deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another participant up to 45 days before the retreat begins, pending RaiStone approval.
Q: Do you offer scholarships or mentorships?
A: Yes. Our sister organization, the RaiStone Wellness Foundation, offers limited stipends and mentorship opportunities for women who need financial assistance. Visit the Foundation page to learn more or apply.

A: Donations to the RaiStone Wellness Foundation directly fund mentorship programs and wellness initiatives for women. Contributions are tax-deductible.

Q: Do I need a passport?
A: For all international retreats, yes. Your passport must be valid at least six months beyond your return date.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: Yes, strongly recommended. Travel insurance protects you in case of illness, delays, or emergencies.

A: Perfect. Our retreats are designed for both first-time travelers and seasoned explorers. You’ll have time for group connection and personal reflection—no pressure, just presence.
