1. Booking & Payments
Q: How do I reserve my spot?
A: Retreat spaces can be reserved directly through our booking page. Once your deposit is received, your space is secured and you will receive a confirmation with next steps.
Q: What deposit is required?
A: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
Q: When is my remaining balance due?
A: The remaining balance may be split into flexible payments, with final payment due prior to the retreat start date. Specific timelines will be provided upon booking.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. Flexible payment options are available to make your experience more accessible. Payment plans can be selected during booking or arranged upon request.
2. Retreat Experience
Q: Are RaiStone Retreats all-inclusive?
A: RaiStone Retreats are intentionally curated wellness experiences. Your stay includes accommodations, select meals, guided sessions, and retreat materials, while also allowing space for personal choice, rest, and optional experiences.
Q: How many women attend each retreat?
A: Each retreat is intentionally limited to no more than 14 women to preserve depth, connection, and a personalized experience.
Q: Can I attend alone?
A: Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and leave with meaningful connections and lasting friendships.
Q: Do I need yoga or movement experience?
A: No. All movement sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are.

A: RaiStone Retreats are designed with intention—not volume. Each experience is created to support rest, reflection, and reconnection, without pressure or performance. The focus is on depth, presence, and meaningful connection rather than packed schedules or constant activity.

A: Guests stay in private rooms within a boutique resort setting selected for comfort, simplicity, and space to rest. Each room is designed to offer a quiet place to recharge between sessions.

A: Amenities may include pool access, spa services, WiFi, parking, and shared spaces for relaxation. Specific details will be provided prior to arrival.

Q: Are massages included?
A: Select retreats include one 60-minute massage experience. For others, massage and wellness services are available as optional add-ons.
Q: Will there be a set schedule?
A: Each day follows a gentle rhythm of movement, reflection, and rest. While there are guided sessions, there is also spacious time built in for personal integration and relaxation.
Q: Are excursions included?
A: Some retreats offer optional experiences or local exploration opportunities. Participation is always optional, allowing you to move at your own pace.

A: Most guests fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Additional details and recommendations will be provided after booking.

A: Transportation is not included, but guidance and options will be provided to help you plan your arrival.

A: Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

A: Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
