Why We Charge This Fee Your travel is more than a booking — it’s a transformation. This fee honors the time, creativity, and professional partnerships that go into crafting your experience. Non-Refundable Charge Policy At RaiStone Retreats, all planning fees and deposits are non-refundable. This policy protects the time, resources, and reservations invested on your behalf. Planning & Research Fees (for general travel bookings) are required before work begins and are non-refundable. Retreat Deposits secure your spot at a RaiStone Retreat and are applied toward your balance. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Retreat Balances are due according to the payment schedule provided. Once paid, retreat balances are non-refundable but may be transferable in limited cases (see trip terms for details). By booking with RaiStone Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
